Namila Shakya is a dedicated educator and accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in the field of education. As the Founder and Director of Bidhyodaya Bal Batika and the Founder and Vice Principal of Sichu Pathshala and Training Center, she has demonstrated exceptional vision and commitment to fostering holistic learning environments.

Her professional journey includes three years as a preschool teacher, five years as a coordinator, and five years as a trainer with CTF Nepal, where she honed her skills in Early Childhood Development (ECD) training. With two years of entrepreneurial experience, Namila combines her educational expertise with innovative practices to inspire both learners and educators.
